  1. Aanvaarding van de voorwaarden<\/strong><\/h6>

    Door deze Internet Protocol Television (IPTV)-dienst (hierna \u2018de Dienst\u2019 genoemd) te openen en te gebruiken, gaat u akkoord met deze Algemene voorwaarden en bent u hieraan gebonden. Als u niet akkoord gaat met deze voorwaarden, verzoeken wij u geen gebruik te maken van de Dienst.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Gebruik van de dienst<\/strong><\/h6>

    2.1 U moet ten minste 18 jaar oud zijn om deze IPTV-dienst te kunnen gebruiken. Door gebruik te maken van de dienst bevestigt u dat u ten minste 18 jaar oud bent.<\/p>

    2.2 De Dienst biedt streaming van televisiecontent via internet. U bent ervoor verantwoordelijk dat uw internetverbinding voldoet aan de minimumvereisten voor een optimale dienstverlening.<\/p>

    2.3 De Dienst behoudt zich het recht voor om naar eigen goeddunken diensten te weigeren, accounts te be\u00ebindigen, inhoud te verwijderen of te bewerken.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Abonnement en facturering<\/strong><\/h6>

    3.1 Om toegang te krijgen tot de IPTV-dienst moet u zich mogelijk abonneren en de toepasselijke kosten betalen. Door u te abonneren gaat u akkoord met de prijs- en factureringsvoorwaarden die tijdens het abonnementsproces worden vermeld.<\/p>

    3.2 Abonnementsgelden worden periodiek in rekening gebracht, tenzij de gebruiker het abonnement opzegt. De Dienst behoudt zich het recht voor om de abonnementsgelden te wijzigen na kennisgeving aan de gebruikers.<\/p><\/li>

  4. Gebruikersaccounts<\/strong><\/h6>

    4.1 Om toegang te krijgen tot bepaalde functies van de IPTV-dienst, moet u mogelijk een account aanmaken. U stemt ermee in om tijdens het registratieproces accurate, actuele en volledige informatie te verstrekken.<\/p>

    4.2 U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor het geheimhouden van uw account en wachtwoord en voor het beperken van de toegang tot uw account. U gaat akkoord met de verantwoordelijkheid voor alle activiteiten die onder uw account plaatsvinden.<\/p><\/li>

  5. Inhoud<\/strong><\/h6>

    5.1 De IPTV-dienst biedt toegang tot een verscheidenheid aan televisiezenders en content. De beschikbaarheid van specifieke zenders en content kan vari\u00ebren op basis van geografische locatie en licentieovereenkomsten.<\/p>

    5.2 U bent ervoor verantwoordelijk dat uw gebruik van de IPTV-dienst voldoet aan de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot toegang tot inhoud en auteursrecht.<\/p><\/li>

  6. Intellectueel eigendom<\/strong><\/h6>

    6.1 De inhoud, handelsmerken, logo's en intellectuele eigendom op de IPTV-dienst zijn eigendom van het bedrijf en worden beschermd door auteursrecht en andere intellectuele eigendomswetten.<\/p>

    6.2 U mag geen enkel deel van de IPTV-dienst gebruiken, reproduceren, verspreiden of weergeven zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van het bedrijf.<\/p><\/li>

  7. Be\u00ebindiging<\/strong><\/h6>

    De Dienst behoudt zich het recht voor om uw account en toegang tot de IPTV-dienst om welke reden dan ook te be\u00ebindigen of op te schorten, inclusief een schending van deze Algemene voorwaarden.<\/p><\/li>

  8. Wijzigingen in de algemene voorwaarden<\/strong><\/h6>

    De Dienst behoudt zich het recht voor om deze Algemene Voorwaarden op elk moment zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving bij te werken of te wijzigen. Het is uw verantwoordelijkheid om deze Algemene Voorwaarden regelmatig te controleren op wijzigingen.<\/p><\/li>
